Refund policy
At Handmade by Ashley, every quilt is thoughtfully handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. My hope is that your purchase brings comfort, beauty, and joy to your home for years to come.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized quilts
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Complimentary gifts included with your order
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at handmadebyashleyok@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Because each quilt is one of a kind, exchanges are generally not available. If an exchange is possible, I will gladly work with you to find the best solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped.
