Thank you for choosing Handmade by Ashley. Every quilt is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully prepared before it leaves my studio.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship quilts are typically packaged and shipped with 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

If you purchase a made-to-order item, the estimated production time will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Packaging

Each quilt is carefully folded, wrapped, and beautifully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Many quilts also include a thoughtfully selected complimentary gift to make your unboxing experience even more special.

At this time, Handmade by Ashley ships within the Unites States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at handmadebyashleyok@gmail.com so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
